Marketing Administrative Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take charges of online platform operations.
  • Manage the advertising and promotion budget, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy in budget forecasting and follow guidelines for raising budget quotes.
  • Assist in managing and cross-checking marketing databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain organized digital marketing files and documentation to facilitate efficient workflow.
  • Do market research and competitor analysis.
  • Create knowledge base articles and tips.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to marketing managers and executives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing administration or related roles are preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Canva.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
