MyIPO conducts a formality and substantive examination of your application.
If your application meets the requirements, it is published in the Intellectual Property Official Journal to allow for any third-party opposition.
During this period of 2 months, a third party can oppose your trademark registration.
If there are no oppositions during the opposition period, or any oppositions are resolved, MyIPO issues the certificate of registration.
